Job
Description:
Set-up,
operate, adjust and perform work on CNC machining center; Performs
highly diverse and complex contour milling, drilling, boring, tapping or
machining of products either manually or under tape or computer
controls; Also performs progressive machining operations for apparatus
or equipment with close tolerances; Fits and assembles where necessary;
Assists in debugging operating problems on pilot or first run jobs.
Requirements
Must have
minimum 8-10 years experience in CNC Machining and have knowledge of
G-Code programming. Basic Journeyman machinist preferred with high
school education or GED. Job shop experience preferred. Must have own
tools and demonstrate a strong skill set for setup, training, speed and
feed application of carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools. Basic
knowledge of 5S and Lean principles preferred. Commitment to continuous
improvement through company-sponsored training and self-education in
support of organizational goals is a must. Must be willing to learn in a
fast-paced progressive company.

as well as pass a drug test and physical.
