WALCO quality assurance department is a state-of-the-art facility with the latest inspection equipment. Three (3) coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) are utilized for inspection of machined parts. WALCO's lean approach with responsibility at the machining level and with the verification as an intregal part of process insures very high repeatable quality. From the highly experienced and qualified quality specialists that we have, to the best equipment available, we have the tools needed to manage and keep up with the huge volume of parts moving through the company on a daily basis. From raw material receiving, to first article, to in-process inspection, to final inspection you can be assured that your parts are being meticulously inspected and monitored every step of the way.
