    Answer:

    We are stainless steel machining specialist, a large percentage of machining is 300 and 400 series stainless steel. Additionally, low carbon steel, Aluminum, cast iron, brass and exotics are also routinely used.

    Answer:

    Lead time can vary from several days to several weeks depending on the complexity of the parts or assemblies.

  • What are your machining envelopes?
    Answer:

    Our CNC Milling capabilities range from under an inch to 14 feet and 30,000 pounds. Our CNC Turning capabilities range up to 80” dias. and 9000 pounds.

  • Does WALCO ship internationally?
    Answer:

    Currently, WALCO will ship in the U.S. only.

  • What processes are performed “in house” at WALCO?
    Answer:

    CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Inspection, Mig and Tig Welding, Surface Grinding and Polishing.
